• 2 tbsp PERinaise
  • 4 tsp PERi-PERi sauce
  • 1/4 cup mature cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 cup cooked chicken (pulled)
  • 2 slices of bread
  • Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

1 Mix chicken, cheese, and PERi-PERi sauce in a bowl. Once mixed, fill chicken mixture between two slices of bread.
2 Cover the top of the sandwich with PERinaise. Heat oil in a frying pan and place sandwich PERinaise side down, cook for 3 minutes. Repeat with the other side of the sandwich.
3 Cut in half and serve. Mmmmm-melty
