Cooking Instructions

Soak the skewers in water. Pick your PERi-PERi sauce!

Place peeled shrimp into a bowl then add PERi-PERi sauce to shrimp. Mix to coat

Allow shrimp to marinate for 30 minutes

Take marinate shrimp and place onto pre-soaked skewers, slide shrimp on end over end

Grill shrimp skewers on high heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side

Plate skewers and drizzle with PERi-PERi and garnish with parsley
